Landlords insurance - duplex

Hi guys, looking at renewing my landlords insurance for my rental property in WA. Am currently with Westpac only because it came with the mortgage.

Problem is its one half of a duplex, and its need a river.

So, the usual recommendations i've found on somersoft are a bit inadequate.

Teri Scheer don't do building insurance for duplexs.
EBM don't cover flood with their landlords.

Any other ideas for policies with good coverage?
Have looked at RAC, which is okay, just the limits are less eg default only upto 3k, malicious damage to 10k. Seems okay tho

Hi. Suncorp do landlords insurance with flood cover. I can't confirm if they insure dulplex's but I'd be surprised if they didn't.

I use Suncorp with my Duplex.
The catch is, you need to own both units to my knowledge.
You can always try them, policies change all the time.

Tried Suncorp today, as you said Ace, you need to own both sides of the duplex which I don't.

Tempted to go EBM but its 200m from a river, so feel like I need the flood cover
