Landlords Insurance For Townsville

Hi Guys

I am after some leads for Landlords Insurance Including Buildings etc

I have just had a renewal notice and it has gone up by 70 odd % that over $700 taking it to almost $1800

Current Insurer is QBE thru EBM Insurance Brokers

I am find may companies wont insure in that area as well

If you're looking solely on price I found EBM and RACQ to be the cheapest. But in saying that, RACQ seemed to be the best coverage wise. RACQ do building only and not LL.

I'd be happy to pay $1800 as my LL and building is almost $3k for Cairns.
