Lease Option Solicitor

HI Guys
Ive just been investigating the unique world of Lease Options and Wraps etc
I believe that these leases and options require a solicitor who has a understanding and knowledge of these types of contracts. Specialised pehaps?

Can anyone tell me which RE solicitors in Melb have experience in this field?

I heard Frank talk at a meeting a few years ago, he made a very good impression. I do know that Lewis has attended every Victorian Vendor Finance Association meeting I've ever been to, and has given a market update at each one in which he discusses current issues and answers questions.
