I have a property that I wish to hold at the moment as the market is getting tough in Melb ( I am an agent and am experiencing this 1st hand). By the way, there are some great opportunites out there.
Can anyone help with a lease option. Property is a bit dear for a wrap ($300,000).
Happy to pay a fee for help in setting it up.
I am familiar with all concepts, just need help with paperwork, or if anyone has a client base of prospective renters.
