Yep..

My half being 2.375mil
Good to go..
It comes with A 99 year lease with the marina birth and must have architects plans submitted for building aproval within 12 months after settlement.

All other 14 blocks sold for between 1-2.5m but are all smaller and have only 20year marina birth lease.

This is heritage listed land never to be repeated.
And has been in the making for over nine years for approvals.
