$400-440K with subdivision potential

I do not get it, Byford has what appeal? A 1000sqm block? It's amenities are??? It is near what? No train, 30k from city, not even near a beach.

Why would anyone want to live out there? There are as big blocks much closer to the city, or at least a major centre, or a train, or a beach. yet the prices!!!

Too far away from everything
No public transport
Mostly first home buyers
Lots of land supply surrounding
Closest satellite city is Armadale
No thanks :)

Give it 5-10 years and the area will not be as rural the large properties with cows, horses will be gone and it will just be another boring suburb which disappoints me. It's still early stages, schools have just been build, Tonkin Highway extension and more transport will come.

And it blows its guts out all night & day with stinking hot easterlies during summer months due to how the escarpment lies.
