Limits on Superannuation withdrawals?

I don't think this will happen there will be any trouble paying out the few who want their money in a lump sum.

Rational
1. Say Super Fund owns a building worth 30% more now than when the fund purchased the building.

A baby boomer wants to get money out in a lump sum just exchange the units baby boomer owns for money from people who are contributing.

2. Sell shares on market as unit prices go up and down.

Quite a few retirees will just roll over their money and get a set annuity so they can get at least $1 of pension so they can get pharmaceuticals cheaper.
