Hello All

Can anyone suggest me best bank/non bank lender for a hassle free lo-doc homeloan? I am just caught between property which will be settled in July and I need to borrow for a land that will be settled in Mid May.

I have maxed out on my borrowing capacity but have a decent LVR (between 50% and 60%)

Many Low doc providers dont like vacant land. And bridging finance is only available when you have a build contract. Can you get a build contract?

Most lenders will be able to find out the impending sale date and decline the loan. Home loans are for 30 years.

Best bet is to rearrange the sale and buy dates so they correspond.

Unless you have a great broker that wrung the last bits out of the servicing rock, its unlikely you will be at your serviceability end.

You might be at A lender's or lenders' serviceability end, but its unlikely there isnt someone there that can help,especially with that sort of LVR
