Looking at multiple properties for sale, from one RE

Lets say you are going to a location such as Newcastle, to inspect 7 properties for sale.

All 7 properties have a different person as the selling agent.

The problem is 3 of them work for the same company.

I guess they are not stupid, they will quickly realise I am looking at multiple properties in Newcastle.

So will that make the salesperson less happy to spend time on me? A person who is obviously shopping around.....

Usually you get a listing agent per property NOT a selling agent. So the lister will make a % and the seller will make a % too. Just ring ONE of the selling agents in the agency and go around to all 7 with him.

If that makes you uncomfortable, hire a BA that does Newcastle and he/she will do if for you.
