Hi all.

Does anybody know of a company or person who specializes in looking for the right I.P or next reno property to suit the buyers needs.
I seem to be wasting a lot of time doing this myself when I could have someone do the looking and negotiating bit for me.
I mainly buy in the Illawarra,Campbelltown and Southern Highlands areas.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Michael! I believe a buyer's agent would be the person you're looking for. There are a couple that have been recommended on this site, including Ross Sonergold and others. Hit Search with Buyers Agents and you should find more info. Good luck!
