Does anyone know a local fire consultant who can visit my house in Blacktown, NSW and issue a fire compliance certificate?
I'm trying to organize a ground floor extension to add a couple of rooms & living space to the back. Once the construction complete, I'm thinking of living in one and sublet some of the rooms to help pay for mortgage
Having spoken to a town planner, he advised me to get a fire certificate to protect myself.
I'd appreciate any recommendation...
