We are in the business of selling commercial property with approval plans and permits for multi story apartment construction in Melbourne.
We are wanting to form an ongoing relationship with a builder or developer whom we can on sell our properties to ensuring that both parties continue to make solid profits.
Our company just has the 2 directors (no other staff) so we would like to catch up casually with perspective partners (builders) to firstly see if this is something both parties are happy to do.
