We've got a room available in the flat we are currently renting. We are looking for either a single male or couple aged 25 - 35. Prefer a couple, as this makes things considerably cheaper. Okay, we are in St. Kilda, five minutes walk to Acland St. shops, Fitzroy St., The Espy, The Prince of Wales and the beach. Yes, very central. The rent, if a single person, would be $80 per week plus expenses ($350 p.c.m.) or for a couple would be $60 per week each plus expenses ($520 p.c.m. combined). Bond is $350. We are renting long term, you don't need to stay long term, but at least six months would be preferable. It's a very nice flat in a very quiet area, it's extremely rare to find a place this cheap in such a location. If you're interested (or know someone who may be) please don't hesitate to email me.
