looking for Lease Option contracts

Are these available anywhere in Australia? I've seen Rick's course, but it seems a wee bit overpriced IMHO. I've read some great detailed free ebooks from America, but of course, we can't use their contracts over here.

Maybe it's something you get your lawyer to put together? I'm thinking there must be a more affordable way, some kind of cookie cutter template we can use down under. Fill in the blanks for cost, term, rent, other numbers.

If there isn't, is anyone else interested in pooling together to get one drawn up? Are they state specific or would one version work all over the country? Any other suggestions?

Yes they are State specific.

One of the Company's I own has done over 200 installment contracts in Qld and around 40 License to Occupy (Lease Option is a no in Qld unless you want to follow the RTA) COntacts.
