Looking for Money Partner

Hi All,

We are currently doing a small residential development (4 units), in Bentleigh East VIC.
We are ready to commence construction, and are finding ourselves looking for a money partner to actually proceed, as we're short on funds for contribution.
If anyone has any suggestions regarding how to find a money partner, we'd be more than happy to take a private message and provide further details.

I'm sure the Corporations Act says something about soliciting for funds without being registered with ASIC. But maybe I'm wrong.

Well it doesn't hurt to ask.

There's no need to be legalese about it. People ask for money all the time - maybe not as blatant as the OP. If someone wants to take him up on the offer then go for their life.
