I believe that she's no longer trading and is now known as Nancy Karen. Google has some interesting results for her name prior to that change.

For whatever it might be worth, her former staff tell me that the business was also renamed and purchased by the same group who bought Gatherum-Goss & Assoc. It's now trading as Windsor Financial Services in the Waverley area.
