Looking for new PM (Melton) .... who would you recommend

We have had the same property managers (Stockdale & Leggo) since we bought 2 x IP's in Melton a few years ago. They have over 600 properties on their books. The PM's are overloaded which makes it difficult getting any attention or action.

I'm also fed up with having to push for rent increases at the end of each lease term, ... the PM's just want to let things go with no increase.

Between my brother and I we have 3 x IP's in Melton, so we should have a good bargaining tool.

Can anyone recommend their property managers in Melton and why ...

I use both Sweeneys and Ray White(formally LJH) in Melton, pretty happy with both. If i was to choose one, i would say Sweeneys are slightly more attentive, but the others are fine too.
