Low doc lenders

I'm sure lots of investors have reached the point where they can no longer get finance due to lack of serviceability. Has anyone used a low doc lender that doesn't require proof of earnings to overcome this problem?

Hi Anon

There are other ways to overcome the service issues at least in the immediate future.

Not knowing your circumstances here are some suggestions. if you are looking at no docs Im assuming that you have barrow loads of cash or equity for deposits.

Look for another lender, there are huge differences in what some will and some wont do.

Put in place structures such as those implemented by Steve Navra, which can get around the serviceability and cashflow problems.

I have used Resi, and they have a product that allows no docs, and I found it a breeze. Obviously you need a larger deposit, but it was terrific not having to give them so much information. The interest was very competitive also.
