Low Doc Loan

Hi All

I am loking for info on a low doc loan ie 60% of purchase price for an IP in the Bowen Basin In Qld.

I have been informed that Westpac my usual lender will not entertain properties in country areas.

Can anyone give me an idea who might lend in country areas for a Low Doc Loan.

But do you know if they offer LOW DOC LOANS IN country areas

No they dont.

I can think of a couple but more information would be needed to make sure it all fitted.

It would be an ordinary 3 bed residential home on a block no more than 800m 2

Should be fairly straight forward as long as you have an ABN or are PAYG in some form or shape.

At 60 % there is no LMI, so the lender will be ok with it

Just did 5 acres rural with 2 dwellings on it @ Worstpac.

Key is keep it to 60 % LVR, and assuming you have the other qualifiers that RT posted about

ANZ still offers lo doc loans if you're on PAYE.
