yes there are ways.........like get the lender to control the funding to buy another place for example, or in some cases they will allow a cheque to an investment shares account if supported by a plan.

Even on full doc, some lenders are now getting stoopid with cash out

yes, my ABN and GST registration are both older than 24 months.
Basically, we submitted an income declaration form, together with all of the other "standard" forms...my broker mostly drove this one for me...

I received an email from a lender looking for business the other day stating they can do lo doc refinances with cash out & no BAS. Rates were well over 7%, but if that's what it takes. I can't remember the details right now, but it was a mortgage manager or private funder.

• No BAS on refinances
• Cash out up to 25% of loan amount up to 80% LVR
• No vacant land or construction
• Must be GST registered
60% LVR = 7.97%
70% LVR = 8.02%
75% LVR = 8.27%
80% LVR = 8.52%
85% LVR = 9.58%
 
Hey People, been a long time since i visited this forum, (killing time)yes there is refi lo docs out there, thru some mortgage management companies, but not cheap money anymore....one might be better looking at the overall portfolio and looking for other strategies in acquisition.
