LVR's for Shares

I came across this .pdf file whilst playing with my shares today.

This is just a link so it doesn't fill up our server, no need in duplicating it (until they relocate the file anyway).

I found it interesting to see which companies that trade on the ASX banks will allow to leverage, and the different leveraging amounts that the bank (in this case Macquarie Bank) will go to.

The LVR's range from as low as 30% and up to 80% against the price of a share. I'm sure however the banks will have a clause in their loans documents that if the shares fall below a certain value that they will require a cash input from you to keep your LVR within limits.

Cheers
Robert
