MACQUARIE Bank is now offering no LMI at 90% LVR for doctors.

* Maximum loan is $2,000,000
* Maximum LVR is 90% no LMI
* GPs, hospital doctors, graduates and specialists are all eligible borrowers
* No minimum genuine savings requirement

2. IP only

Its good to see that they are coming in line with the market but far from a robust offering when compared to the other guys.

^ only for graduates....the rest ( non graduates) is max loan $2m and IP and ppor.
 
It's a unique offering for those that have used up the traditional medico lenders who all dwell in the lower third of serviceability for borrowers with larger portfolios.

From that perspective, they are a new offering

Macquarie? 5.1% and $1000 app fee. pretty restrictive at 90% but once LVR drops you can move to any of the normal products

Yes they are a good lender but a lender you use towards the end of your portfolio when you need the servicing or for a specific niche.

Annual fees $398 and interest rates are quite competitive.
