I no longer have my finger on the pulse with the mortgage broking side of things since a recent job change to a strictly planning role, but I would love the input of some of you other lenders and brokers here - or borrowers!
Are there any other loan products out there that offer a product that would facilitate a debt recycling strategy with a regular investment plan? For example, if I pay 3 grand off my mortgage each month and want to put 2 grand into a regular investment, using Macquarie LOC or St George Portfolio Loan I wouldn't need to change any loan limits, fill in any forms, or request anything at all. Is there anyone else that would allow this?
