Maintenance Fees Question

For an average 5 year, 10 year, 20 year and 30 year homes b/w 100,000-200,000 what in all your opinions would be a good allocation for maintenance fees for a year ? I know a lot of assumptions have to made and it will only be a rough estimate but I would love your thoughts anyway.

Rather thant just discuss maintanace, I'd like to suggest that one should allow 13 -15% of the rent as outgoings in general.
I have come to this conclusion when examing our portfolio and these outgoings include:-
agents letting fees and commisions
insurance,
rates & taxes
an allowance for maintanance

When you consider this, it makes a huge difference to your cash flow
