I prefer the concept presented by zillow..... have a look. It is a US based site but incorporates sales, pre-sales, foreclosures, values & "make me move" prices....

One stop shop. Would be fantastic to see that here in Australia!

I love the Zillow site too, they are doing some great things. Like the pre-foreclosures information which is close to what the Next For Sale site is doing.

The difference is we are opening the option up to every home owner in Australia to show what their intentions are for their property.
