Subdivision would've been applied for with the planning permit so you'd think so

Yeah You would think so, asked the question as I had three instances last week where the budding developer forgot about the subdivision component of the permit!

Finally all the permits and plans designs r ready and set for building which is the fun part
Many thx for Oscar's work in getting this done and I am pretty sure that he can put any block no matter how weird it is through the council as he managed this one well

When does the build start, and what was the approx. timeframe for completion?

Were you uploading any future progress images from the site?
