Marsden Qld???

Hi people, I am flying out to Marsden to see a house I am really really interested in. Sale price is $330K, which is the average in that area I believe from the figures ive seen.

Just wanted to get a general impression from anyone that knows the area personally. Whats the socio economic status of the area. I know Logan central is close by which is an area known for its public housing.

Any impressions will be appreciated. Thanks

Near Kuraby I think so there will be a large ethnic/Islamic tenant base.

As always buy near the rail line.
