hello. just after some actual experience or interpretation of the following.
different states have different limits in maximum number of unrelated people living in a house before becoming a boarding house and thus subject to tougher rules.
What do you guys think of the scenario below:
main house with attached ancilliary dwelling.
lets say WA has a max number of 6 people unrelated before becoming boarding house. Does the 6 people apply to the whole place including granny? or is it main house 6 and then granny
another scenario.
when they say 6 unrelated people, what if there were 2 sisters, 2 couple and 2 solo. does it mean that you satisfy the condition because sisters are related? just wondering.
Thanks for all your input and experience.
