great home here at an incredible price.

i've watched this transformation take place and it has to be one of the best reno's (ie sympathetic, classic, quality trades) i've seen in a long time.

i have no affiliation with this sale at all, but it was too good to let slip through to the keeper.

it should make someone a pretty penny in the current rental squeeze, considering it's location to the cafes and train station.

cheers

5 mins by foot to the train, 10 mins to the Eighth Ave cafe strip.

It is the front house with one at the rear.

Central Ave has about 6 to 7K cars per day on it and its a four lane road, and it can get busy in the morings with traffic queuing back from Railway Parade.

3x2 townhouse next door asking $600pw and a new 3x2 house east of the railway asking $650.

Probably cost about $3 to $5K pa to hold.

Could work out if you think the area will increase in value with the market in perth now on the up.

just front house. ive been here in the morning and afternoon and its definitely the quieter side of central ave. you cant buy a better character home in this area.
