'Medico' package (85%+ LVR with no LMI) for IT workers

Well New Idea did cover their wedding and as his best man I made one of the photos. Might walk into the bank with my copy from 2011, point to my picture and say "I want an IP, heard celebs get 90% no LMI"

It's worth a shot. Wear a tracksuit in case they say no. "Uh, sportsman?"

No.

Here is the list of professions:

1. Medical Pracs
2. Accountant
3. Solicitors/Judges
4. Politicians
5. Celebrities
6. Athletes with current running contracts
7. Engineers
8. Bank employees
9. Actuaries
10. Auditors
11. CFOs
12. Surveyors
13. Geologists

Each profession has certain criteria that need to be met.

With bank employees, can the bank employee go through a broker for a bank they do not work for? Or must they go through a bank based lender within the same organisation they work for?

CBAs 'Banking Professionals Package' allows bank employees from any of the major banks (and fee others) with >2 years employment history to qualify for the package. Brokers are unable to offer this only CBA direct staff.

95% loans with Medfin

To the brokers, do you guys have access to Medfin or Investec experien? A colleague of mine has an investment loan with them at 95% and I wonder if these are considered as part of a normal loan work up from a broker or if I should get the details on these and then compare them to what a broker can obtain? Thoughts?

I enquired directly with medfin and u can use your broker as long as they do the accreditation with them. They r part of nab health
Experien i think was taken over by boq and that is not available thru a broker. I think its called boq specialist

Apart from BOQ, what are the other lenders that will do 90% no LMI for a Chartered Accountant on slightly less than 150k gross? Talk of ANZ in this thread, but not sure if they have the same limits as Westpac for income.

Well this is still handy information to have, are registered nurses on the list? Just so happens my other half is a nurse.

I was just looking at the Medfin website & they specifically mention nurses on their site:

"Medfin Specialists understand more than just finance, they understand the customer service needs of medical professionals, practice owners, specialists, nurses, graduates and more." I would hope they didn't offer some things to some and not to others on their own list:confused:
