I want to let you know that I run a monthly property meeting group at the Veneto Club in Bulleen (just off the Eastern Freeway). Everyone is welcome to attend.
We have been running this group for over three years and we have over 40 people attending on a monthly basis. The key objective for the group is for people to come along and learn about property and network with other like minded enthusiasts and investors in a safe environment.
This month's meeting will be held on Tuesday 22nd July at 6.30 pm for a 7pm start at the Veneto Club in Bulleen.
This month we are very pleased to have home staging expert Katrina Maes from Staged Homes come talk to us on how to effectively stage your home for sale so that you can reduce the time your property is on the market and significantly increase the sale price.
We also welcome back expert property investor and mentor Lynn Buckingham to talk to us about the critical elements you must take into account when doing a reno to ensure that the 'look & feel' of your reno satisfies what your target market is looking for.
