melb structural engineer and qualified plumber

Hi all,

I just got my building + pest inspections report done today.
The report suggested that i should look professional structural engineer and plumber, carpenter and even roof tiling pro to assess the property.

What concern me the most are the the wall.

1. there is a section of wall have moved , cracks noted. possible cause may be foundation movement. There appears to have some settlement in the building which caused some cracking to the walls.
2. Safety hazard because walls in hall have been removed. Roof prop is above this wall that has been removed.
3. another room in carport that does not meet council regulations
4. Flashing repairs to chimney and replacing some cracked tiles
5. Timber fungal decay / rot was found in fascia and barge boards plus fly screen damaged
6. Kitchen bench, shower ground plus splash back junction need re-seal

Honestly when i inspected all property in the area, this house is the most presentable one, I am so sure that there is no problem. Apparently i was wrong.

Anyone can recommend good structural engineer , plumber , carpenter in reasonable price ? I really need to get the quote so i can move on.

If there are cracks in the walls that are wider than 3mm I'd suggest that you stay away from the building if it's an investment as underpinning is an option that may eat away at your profit margin.
