Melbourne conveyancer needed

Hi All,

We are purchasing our first IP. We have done the research and have an Accountant and Mortgage Broker. We are still looking for a great conveyancer located in Melbourne. Central Melb is best, but willing to travel for quality!

They do charge very reasonably and have a high quality of work.

I'm also very picky about the solicitors & conveyancers I recommend. When everything goes smoothly in a property transfer (95% of the time), it's all good. When small problems arise, I've found an average solicitor turns it into a nightmare.
