Lessons learnt from MIG

1. Its a good time to renovate when the bath tub falls through the floor
2. The bottom of the property market was officially called to be on January 25th 2009.
3. Windfarms & hyperion power generators might be found in various members IP's sooner rather than later
4. Airconditioning is a good thing when the temp is 40degrees and meeting room is full with ~15 people

Really good turn out i thought given the oppressive heat..and some good conversations and banter

Hi Guys,

Thank you for last night, Even though I didn't have much to say i enjoyed listening and plan to be more activly involved next time.

I want to hear what people have to say between having someones support like Oz Propoerty as aposed to doing it on your own (or what other ways do people work this).

Also, My other question (and sorry if this is not the area to write questions however not sure where to as its first time here) What are your thoughts on buying a new property off the plans as aposed to an established house?
