The Herald Sun has just put out a new magazine called 'AUCTION'($9.95). It claims to provide 1/3 of auction results for the last year ( approx. 10,000 )broken down for each suburb and some info on each suburb including the most common building faults, the method and factor used to calculate rates and renovations common to the suburb. It appears to be a reasonable starting point for information given the price. I got my copy at the newsagents.
