Good news eh??! This month's API quoted:

"Median land prices in Wynham, Casey and Melton propelled 24% in the past 12 months" and

"Land prices..in Melton...have soared from $75000 to $175000 for the average block...."

I believe there are still some good buys in Melton where some of the prices are below replacement cost...

I bought my property (a 3 brm 1 bth brick veneer on 580sqm) for 155k in Melton South for less that!

When did you buy though? I've been watching the Melton market closely over the past year and watched it jump suddenly about 4-5 months ago.
