Metro Property Management

Has anyone in here use Metro Property Management?
As they are different from most Real estate Agents (only have 1 office but servicing properties from everywhere around melbourne), I just wondering how are their services?
Can anybody share their experiences with Metro Property Management?

I will.

I have been with them for about 6 months now. And find thier service very good. They have very good communication (phone and email), and are happy to help me in any way they can. I have spoken with a few of the people that work there and they are genuinely intersted to help you get what you need. I would feel confident recomending them.

I don't work for them either.. they are very successful and do a good job.
These days agents don't need to be local.. The Internet gets the tenants and electronic mail helps manage the property... It can depaend on the actual PM you get though.. But they do seem good at what they do
