Metropole reviews

I've found a few reviews about using Metropole as buyers agents/property stategies through out the forum. So far I haven't seen anything super positive (though I realise that it is easier to write negative reviews)!

Has anyone recently used them? Any feedback would be appreciated.

My review on Metropole would be neither super positive or super negative.

I'm happy to give a super positive review for Andrew Allen from Allen Real Estate though. I've bought property using his services as have many of my clients and other forum members. We've all had great things to say.

I have a close friend who used them to access 2 units in inner Sydney suburbs.

Both were fair to good purchases, decisive negotiating and appeared to have pretty good knowledge of the area. Not incredible bargains, but no horror stories either, he is happy with the end result.

Just don't expect them to consider any areas outside their own patch as good investments.

I have heard good things. Though there has been recent turnover in some of their offices, so would take that into consideration.
