We're just doing a quick repaint of our future PPOR prior to renting it out for a couple of years .
I was in a bedroom at the back when I noticed our rear neigbour in our back yard . He was obviously concerned about the weeds on the back fence and was diligently spraying them with weed killer.
I always try and get on with my neighbours and having been guilty of the same thing myself I didn't want our first meeting to be a source of embarrassment for him.
So , keeping back from the window , I made a loud noise and when I peeked ten seconds later he was no where to be seen .
It took me a few seconds to realise what I should have done ......
Move to another room ( which didn't over look the garden ) and let him continue to weed my weeds in blissful ignorance of my presence .
