Modular House Perth

I saw a really nice 35sqm one at the HIA show for $130k. Truly modular in that it's a plonk on site and connect.

But it's only a 1 bedder

The other $130k one is the Eco 40 by Fox Transportables. I'd call this a transportable not a modular. http://foxtransportables.com.au/design/fox-eco-home/

Many of these aren't suited to IPs though as they are not fixed and banks don't like giving money for an asset which can disappear in the night.

I haven't looked into/at any of these but they look interesting

once on-site, they're not defined as a transportable.

most modular / transportable co's fund construction until fixed to site.

I'd love to know what you research as i am also reading about them.

I'll search whats on this site

I've googled articles about questions to ask re modulars

then i guess there are individual companies, costs, reviews.

I also hope to find someone who knows about them and can shorten my journey with reputable companies and good experiences.

It seems that they will modify designs so designs are just an idea of what they can do .

some claim that 2 people can build then in 4 hours or 30 hours and that they withstand all weather conditions and termites.

I'd love to know more from anyone with experience please.
