Looks great. I noticed you used tile paint....just wondering how good the finish is and if it was used on the kitchen splash backs?

Rooster,

Yes, that is tile paint on the splashbacks - you have to look very, very hard to tell that it is paint

It come up very good

Hi Rick,

Thanks for sharing these - very inspirational. Especially loved the price - under $6k to transform a bathroom and kitchen. Good stuff.
How much value do you think this has added to your property?

Lily

Hey Rick- you want to come down to Sydney and make over my bathroom for that price? I'll even feed you coco pops and let you watch whatever you want on TV every night............!!

Seriously, though, great job and thanks for the pics. Always worthwhile. Your stories are very motivating, even to poor Sydneysiders like myself who struggle to find houses for under $300K within 30km of the city.

The tile paint is impressive, isn't it? Helped my sister paint her kitchen and am aiming to do the same with my own before I next move. Amazing what a change to white can achieve.
Keep on renovating and making money!
