We are looking at Mount Martha for a potential long term investment property. Beach views, established area. We plan to move in, renovate, hopefully create equity and then rent out. Long term (10 years), look to semi retire to this location.
Interested in views on the area and also how the new Peninsula link road will affect values in long term. It doesn't seemed to have jumped much yet.
