Mount Pritchard and 2770 suburbs

Hi All,

I am looking for IP one, while I am open to Brisbane as well.

Was looking at new estate land prices say in marsden park, then when we compare that that to Willmot, Bidwill. They are now around 350-400k.

I know they have increased a lot, but am I right in assuming there is still more growth left in these suburbs, as they have bigger land component compared to newer estates in 10 years time...??

also looking to live closer to Liverpool, its pretty expensive around here...so mt Pritchard is what I was considering to buy a house, live in it for 2-3 years and then later put a GF and convert to long term buy and hold IP...

what are people view on my Pritchard also?
