Has anybody purchased or looked into investment property in Mountain creek/Mooloolaba/Buderim area?

With the $2b University hospital set to be the largest most state of the art in AU which started in 2011 and will continue until 2026, $3.5m 'Coast Connect' and Airport extension.

Currently looking at townhouses in the area, anybody got any further info?

I have a longterm mate that invested up there in 1992,3 bedroom unit backing onto the river in a complex of about 12 free standing units,there was a massive vacant land just up the road from his unit,that has now been built out and I think there was talk about Aldi, being built in the new development,he paided about 90k back then,the last one that sold in his complex pre Christmas was 230k,it's always been rented but the CG is where the question mark is..imho..

Do you know what kind of major Infrastructure has taken place over those 20 years to give that growth or would that just be standard inflation?

Do you know what the supply:demand ratios are like in the area?
