Hi all,
I am buying some land in Brisbane and want to move a house onto the site. Land previously had a house that burnt down, I am organising a demolition permit which the council require before I start. The place will be my PPOR and moving a house onto, renovating, then revaluing, is my best option rather than building new one. I have been to the holding yard at Burpengary and will visit another at Pinkenba tomorrow.
I was just wondering if anyone has done this before and if there are any pitfalls.
Any comments are welcome including reliable house relocators.
