Was having a conversation, I was saying moving level crossing underground doesn't really affect that much in price (for the houses near it) whereas my colleague reckons it does (up to $50K he says). Apart from the noise factor, I can't see any benefit from moving level crossing underground for houses that are parallel to the train tracks?
I would say price increases would be near zero, at best $20K??
