Moving RE prices.

Hi, I was just browsing to get a feel for where my properties stand in relation to price.

Looked up Blacktown and saw a unit similar to mine for $309K.

I thought "WHAT, that's what I paid 3 years ago". Then I realised it was $309K.

I paid $209K. :D

Hope the others are that good.

Wow! this is great travel bug :)

well done.

I don't think the valuers have caught on yet..... I have property in Doonside that will get snapped up at $400,000-420,000 because it has a very high yield (granny flat) and most properties in area are at least $350,000, had a bank value come in at $330,000. Very annoying.

Yes very exciting.

I know that's not the sell price but others over $285K are being snapped up quickly.

Yes I know the valuers are usuallya bit slow to catch on. I'm not needed to reval so doesn't worry me yet.

Will sell a few in the next few years.

Retirement here I come. :D
