No missing zero. From what I've been told that is the approx cost. They're already on seperate lots but not different titles. Already have firewall etc everything ready to go.

Likely right, maybe the $1k was the conveyaner costs and $8-10k was the total cost with council etc.

After all $$ were accounted for after split was $15k+ ahead when we looked at the numbers. With a 10% yield on Purchase Price.

This is a costing from a few years ago for a semi split with services already in place.

Possible $1k was the DAC. Either way good buying if all taken into account.
