My first subdivision - Frankston.

Hi folks, about to endeavour on my first sub-division in Frankston. I'll be subdividing a corner block that has a house already on it, keeping it as is and then selling off the "new block", probably with plans and permits so a builder can come straight in and do a build.

Can anybody recommend a building surveyor and draftseperson in the Frankston area?
