At a time when many others at your age are complaining that its impossible to enter the housing market - you are proving them wrong.
(to be fair I think there have always been people saying its not possible or its too hard - todays 'youth' aren't alone with this).
As others have said the first one is usually the hardest. From here be patient.
Im interested to know how you succeeded to get finance if you don't/haven't got a job?
